1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by Vivaha Info OPC Pvt Ltd(“we”, “our”, or “us”) — including the Abide in Christfaith community platform and any other digital services we operate (collectively, “the Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from any of our platforms.
• You must use our Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@vivaha.info if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Creating a false, fraudulent, or misleading profile is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about yourself or others.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users in any way.
• Solicit money, financial information, or other valuables from other users.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our platforms.
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our Services without prior written permission.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. WhatsApp Communications

We use the WhatsApp Business API to send you account-related notifications (including OTPs and service updates) when you have provided your mobile number and opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages on WhatsApp. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message from us or by contacting us at info@vivaha.info. Opting out of WhatsApp messaging may affect your ability to receive certain account notifications.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (prayer requests, profile photos, posts, and other community content). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services — including our name, logo, design, software, and content created by us — is owned by or licenced to Vivaha Info OPC Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome or result will be achieved.

We are a technology platform and are not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of any user within our community platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivaha Info OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or to us. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at info@vivaha.info.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will indicate the most recent update. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
